What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges may vary depending on the Seller.

Sellers often incur higher shipping costs on low-value electronic items. In such cases, a nominal delivery charge helps offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary for detailed delivery charges on each product.

For products marked as UsefullOld Plus, a ₹40 delivery charge per item may apply if your order value is below ₹500. Orders worth ₹500 or more are delivered free of charge.


Why does the delivery date not match the estimated timeline of 7 business days?

There may be holidays between the day you placed your order and the expected delivery date. Sellers and courier partners may not operate on Sundays or public holidays, which is factored into the estimated delivery time.


What is the estimated delivery time?

Estimated delivery time depends on:

  • The Seller offering the electronic product

  • Product availability with the Seller

  • Your shipping address and the Seller’s location

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.


Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.) on items sold by Sellers on UsefullOld?

No, there are no hidden charges when you shop on UsefullOld. All prices shown are final and all-inclusive. The price displayed on the product page is exactly what you’ll pay.

Note: Delivery charges are not hidden fees and may be applied separately based on the Seller’s policy.


Why does estimated delivery time vary by Seller?

Delivery time can vary based on:

  • Product availability

  • Seller’s location

  • Your delivery address

  • Courier partner’s delivery capacity

Why can’t a product be shipped to my location?

Product delivery depends on:

  • Whether the Seller ships to your area

  • Legal restrictions for certain electronic items in your region

  • Availability of reliable courier partners

Why is Cash on Delivery (CoD) not available at my location?

CoD availability depends on:

  • Courier partner’s ability to handle cash at your location

  • Order value (some locations have CoD limits)

How do I return an item?

Returns are simple:

  • Go to Contact Us and initiate a return

  • You will receive a call to explain the return process

If Ekart Logistics is unable to pick up the item, you can ship it using a third-party courier. Return shipping charges are covered by the Seller.


I got a delivery confirmation, but didn’t receive the product.

If you received a confirmation email/SMS but not the item, report the issue within 7 days so the Seller can investigate and resolve it.


What do the different stock status tags mean?

  • In Stock: Item is ready to ship and will be delivered in 2–6 business days depending on your location

  • Available: Item will be sourced after you place an order; delivery time depends on procurement

  • Preorder / Forthcoming: Item will be shipped on its official launch date

  • Out of Stock: Currently unavailable. Use the ‘Notify Me’ option

  • Imported: Item sourced internationally; delivery may take 10+ days

  • Back In Stock Soon: Popular item, currently sold out but can be booked

  • Temporarily Unavailable: Product may return soon; use ‘Notify Me’

  • Permanently Discontinued / Out of Print: Item is no longer produced or supported


Do you deliver internationally?

No. UsefullOld currently ships only within India.

You may place orders using credit/debit cards issued in India and selected countries, but the delivery address must be in India.
