At UsefullOld, we are committed to providing high-quality electronic devices and ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand the importance of a transparent and fair return and refund process—especially for valuable products like electronic devices. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

  1. Return & Replacement Window
    You may request a return, replacement, or refund for any electronic device purchased from UsefullOld within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for return or replacement:

  • The product must be in unused, undamaged, and original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and invoices must be included.

  • The product’s serial number must match our records.

  • A return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Valid Reasons for Return

  • Product received is damaged or defective.

  • Product differs from the description or specifications shown on the website.

  • Missing items or accessories from the delivered package.

  1. Open Box Delivery (Future Implementation)

If Open Box Delivery is introduced, customers will be allowed to inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel for an on-the-spot return.

  1. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, etc.) within 7–10 business days after product pickup and successful quality check.

  • If the returned item fails quality verification due to misuse or damage not covered under warranty, the return will be rejected.

  1. Replacement Option

  • If a replacement is available, it will be dispatched after the returned product passes inspection.

  • If a replacement is not available or not preferred, a refund will be issued.

  1. Cancellations

  • You can cancel an order before it is dispatched with no cancellation fee.

  • Once shipped, the order can only be returned after delivery under the return policy.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items such as opened or tampered products, items without original packaging, and customized products may not be eligible for return.

  1. Important Notes

  • Only one return request is allowed per order.

  • Physical damage not reported at the time of delivery will not be considered for return.

  • Any attempt to misuse the return policy (frequent returns, damage caused intentionally, etc.) may result in restriction of return eligibility.
